Inner Worlds Outer Worlds

Inner worlds outer worlds. You might be asking yourself what does this mean? It simply means your inner world is a reflection of your outer world. If you are wondering why there is so much chaos in your life, look within. Is there the same amount of chaos? If so it’s time to take out the trash. What I mean is processing the things inside that aren’t serving our higher self. For example past traumas, heartaches, losses and defeats, anger, and other dark emotions blocking us from being truly happy.

Happiness Comes From Within

Each and every day we choose how happy we want to be by the thoughts we think, the actions we take, and people we surround ourselves with. Make sure you choose wisely. For example, If I’m surrounding myself with negative people, it’s going to make it harder for me to stay positive. As well as constantly thinking negative thoughts. You have to change your mindset to match the reality you want to experience. For instance, you could travel the world and have all the money in it. But if you’re not happy on the inside you’ll never find happiness in the outer world. Hence inner worlds outer worlds.

Down To The Source

Self acceptance is monumental in finding inner happiness. There are a lot of people who are trying too hard to be someone they’re not. This should serve as a reminder to be yourself. If people don’t like you for being you don’t worry about it, those people aren’t meant to be in your life. Let this be a reminder to never dim your light for no one. Another example would be when we are not happy with what you have. This is important because you’re not expressing gratitude. Take the time to be grateful for what you have. Don’t focus on your shortcomings, look at all the blessings you have in your life.

Another thing that keep us from experiencing happiness is losing someone. Sometimes we lose someone in our lives that makes it impossible to go on. As well as starting to do things that self sabotage and or inflict harm on our body. For this we can write a letter, speak to them as if they were still here, and remember they didn’t leave us they just changed form. The only thing that died was their body. Their spirit continues to live on. You didn’t lose them, you gained a new spiritual guide, a guardian angel, and have someone watching over you.

Make sure you get down to the source of what’s keeping you from being unhappy. Meditation is a great tool and can be combined with other techniques. You can use tarot. You can also work with a spiritual coach. The important thing is you go within and change what’s making you unhappy. Put a value on it. Is it worth holding on to it? Sometimes we have to ask ourselves why we can’t let go? Whats preventing us from being able to move forward? When we can answer these questions and get to the source of the problem we can start to weed out our garden.
